Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your event. We will accommodate changes to the best of our ability. The sooner you let us know of any changes the easier it is for us to make alterations

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes absolutely! We offer this free of charge and encourage you to select your favourite songs to be played. We are also able to offer a dj service after the band has finished until your venue closes for an extra cost of £100 ph after the band/solo performer finishes their final set

How much time do you need to set up?

Solo performer requires between 45mins and an hour to set up. Larger set ups can require up to 1.5 hours to allow for soundcheck as well. As soon as we are set up we are happy to provide a playlist service to create atmosphere for your guests

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

We create our setlists based on what we have seen works best for guests of past events to ensure your event runs just as smoothly. We are happy to discuss the repertoire with you and take your preferences into account.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes I am happy to bring the equipment required however if your venue has an in house pa or any special requirements please let us know as soon as possible so we can accomodate this.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes we can, there is a likelihood we already know the song. If you have a special request we are more than happy to learn it. This would be an extra £20 for a solo performer. In larger set ups we would charge £10 per musician to allow for rehearsal time.
